In practice for 35 years, I have supported thousands of patients after months of ignored signals. ClariPsy was born from this realization: there was no space for rigorous self-exploration without falling into superficial quizzes.

Who am I?

I am a licensed clinical psychologist and psychoanalyst with 35 years of experience, holding a DESS from Université Paris 7 - Denis Diderot (1990). Throughout my practice, I have supported people navigating burnout, attentional difficulties, high sensitivity, and painful relational patterns.

What struck me, year after year: people arrived at my practice after months — sometimes years — of ignored signals. Chronic fatigue, scattered attention, high sensitivity, emotional dependency. They had searched for answers. They found only viral quizzes or superficial articles.

ClariPsy was born from this realization: there was no space for rigorous self-exploration — with solid clinical reference points and total honesty about the tool's limitations.

Why ClariPsy?

1

Reference points, not verdicts

Each assessment produces a dimensional profile — not a diagnosis. A map to understand how you function, not a label.

2

Real clinical rigor

Every item is written with clinical rigor. Theoretical models are sourced. Limitations are stated honestly.

3

A bridge to professional support

The reference points produced by the assessments can inform a consultation. They do not replace professional support — they clarify it.

4

Designed for you, not the algorithm

ClariPsy does not sell advertising. Every result is honest about what it measures and what it does not.

My philosophy

A psychoeducational assessment is not an end in itself. It is a starting point. It allows people to put words to what they feel, identify what deserves attention, prepare a conversation with a professional — or simply understand themselves better.

My conviction: everyone deserves quality reference points — accessible and honest. Not recipes. Not promises. Rigorous tools, with their limitations clearly stated.

"Give understanding, accompany the journey."
